Return & Replacement Policy

At Cine Champ, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you need to return or replace an item, please review the following policy.

Returns

- If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof of the damage.
- After verification, Cine Champ will send a replacement free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Products returned without prior approval
